Position Overview: Finegreen is seeking a qualified professional to oversee clinical effectiveness within an NHS primary care service provider. This interim role will require a commitment of three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across the organization and with partners to enhance and assure clinical quality across all services.
- Provide comprehensive and reliable evidence to the CEO and Board, ensuring they are informed about clinical quality and patient experiences.
- Respond to feedback, complaints, and new NHS directives, implementing necessary changes to improve service quality.
- Manage the supply of medicines and equipment for clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulations regarding controlled substances.
- Demonstrate a strong background in clinical leadership, contributing to the daily management of services and supporting policy development.
Qualifications:
- Must be a qualified doctor (MBBS or equivalent) with a postgraduate qualification, such as membership in a Royal College.
- At least five years of clinical service experience is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Clinical Governance frameworks, NHS complaints procedures, and relevant patient safety guidelines is essential.
