About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Reporting Sonographer - Patient Support Specialist. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to patients and visitors attending appointments at our Weston General Hospital site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome and support to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Update patients with waiting times and provide clear information about their appointment and any necessary procedures.
  • Signpost patients to other support and services as required, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
  • Restock resources and prepare information packs as needed, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Engage with patients who are on their own, providing companionship and support as needed.
  • Provide light refreshments to patients, as agreed with the Trust Division.
