Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aberdeen Airport. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Queue Management: Manage the check-in passenger queue, ensuring a smooth flow of passengers through the airport.
  • Security Support: Assist with security checks, including general preparation of passengers prior to entering the Security Area.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all information is conveyed clearly and accurately.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Employment History: 5-year checkable employment/education history.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work weekend shifts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Age: Must be over 18 years of age.
