As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with our Head of Design to execute branding, UX/UI, and design projects, collaborating with web developers and marketers to ensure the successful transformation of designs into final products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client workshops and presentations, providing support and expertise.
  • Deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget, meeting client expectations.
  • Facilitate branding workshops and develop distinctive branding and visual identities for clients.
  • Contribute to the design of user-centric ecommerce websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with web developers to bring web projects to life.
  • Prepare final graphics and layouts for print or digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the creation of branded assets for Leap29, maintaining a cohesive output across our website, social channels, pitch deck, and proposal documents.
  • Develop paid social media content concepts, messaging, and artwork for multiple platforms.
  • Design emails and CRM materials, enhancing our client communications.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in ecommerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Motion and photography skills are beneficial.
  • Keen attention to detail and self-motivation, with an ability to think outside the box.
  • Comfortable working at pace on multiple projects with multiple team members.
