**About the Role**

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants. As a valued member of our team, you will provide essential care and support to our service users, helping them engage in their favourite hobbies and activities. You will also support their bedtime routines, offering companionship and staying attentive and responsive to their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide person-centred care to our service users, including helping them with daily living tasks and activities
* Support our service users with their care needs, including medication administration and personal care
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or issues to the relevant team members

**Requirements**

* 3 months previous care experience
* Personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration skills
