Key Responsibilities:

  • Valuation and Invoicing: Draft valuations, invoices, and sub-contract orders to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare internal reports, including cash flow statements, to provide valuable insights to the project team.
  • Cost Management: Provide cost reports to the project team, ensuring that costs are accurately tracked and managed.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to engage with site teams, monitor progress, and identify potential issues.
  • Client and Subcontractor Management: Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Additional Works: Gather and process information for any additional works, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a quantity surveying role.
  • Qualifications: A relevant HNC or A-levels in a construction-related field, with a willingness to undertake further qualifications as required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Travel: A full driving license and access to transport are essential for regular site visits.
