Are you an enthusiastic and knowledgeable construction expert? Do you possess the ability to educate and motivate others? We are seeking a dedicated professional for a prominent construction training organization where you can play a crucial role in developing the future workforce of construction specialists.

As a Construction Education Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional training and instruction to individuals pursuing careers in construction. You will facilitate the HNC Level 4 qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and impactful training sessions for apprentices, addressing both theoretical and practical components of the Level 4 HNC Construction curriculum.
  • Deliver thorough instruction on construction fundamentals, methodologies, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring apprentices gain a comprehensive understanding of the field.
  • Create and modify training resources, lesson outlines, and assessments tailored to the unique needs of apprentices while aligning with the Level 4 HNC qualification standards.
  • Employ a range of instructional techniques, including lectures, interactive discussions, demonstrations, and practical exercises, to accommodate various learning preferences and enhance apprentices' understanding and retention.
  • Evaluate apprentices' progress through consistent assessments, quizzes, and assignments, offering constructive feedback and support to assist them in reaching their educational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess either teaching or training experience within the construction sector or have extensive industry experience, coupled with a profound understanding of construction principles and practices, along with mentoring or coaching experience, and a desire to transition into a training role.
