We are in search of a detail-oriented and skilled Cost Control Engineer for a contract role to join our vibrant team.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with the formulation, upkeep, and oversight of cost assessments, financial plans, and projections for our intricate projects.
This position is essential in guaranteeing that our initiatives are executed punctually, within financial constraints, and uphold the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:1. Develop comprehensive cost assessments and financial plans for projects, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
2. Monitor and evaluate project expenditures against financial plans and forecasts, identifying discrepancies and suggesting corrective measures.
3. Prepare financial reports, summaries, and presentations for project leaders and senior management.
4. Collaborate with project leaders, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure financial oversight and effective resource distribution.
5. Conduct financial risk assessments and assist in contingency planning.
6. Aid in the creation and execution of financial oversight procedures and best practices.
7. Participate in project evaluations and provide financial insights and recommendations.
8. Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, standards, and internal protocols.
9. Utilize NEC (New Engineering Contract) for contract management and financial oversight.
Proven expertise in cost control, financial assessment, and budget management within a complex project landscape.
Project Management Qualifications
Proficiency in financial management software and modeling tools.
