Our IT departments play a crucial role in delivering high-quality public services to over a million customers. We are committed to innovation and excellence, continuously enhancing our Shared Services SAP team with the latest technologies to support the largest public sector partnership in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the SAP team, you will:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement solutions that fulfill business needs.
  • Conduct configuration tasks and produce technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions adhere to governance standards and are delivered within agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Engage in large-scale projects, potentially taking on the role of lead consultant, and contribute throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide third-level support for service desk incidents.

We prioritize a balanced work-life and are open to discussing flexible working arrangements, welcoming both full-time and part-time applications for this position.

This role is primarily based in our offices, but as part of our Open Workplace Policy, the successful candidate can perform most of their duties remotely.

Additional Information:

This position is subject to Non-Police Personnel Vetting. Candidates must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years to obtain clearance.
