AY Talent is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Counselor/Patient Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client's clinic, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their eye health goals while building a stable and rewarding career.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an occasional Saturday. You will be responsible for presenting treatment options to prospective patients, providing accurate information on surgery, pricing, and scheduling, and managing patient questions and concerns.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Consultations: Present treatment options to prospective patients and provide personalized consultations to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Communication: Manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and promptly, ensuring excellent communication skills.
  • Administrative Tasks: Utilize computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tasks like results tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and managing patient-related activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with experts in Ophthalmology to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to a supportive and inclusive culture.

Your Ideal Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry, such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, or gyms. Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset. You should be organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and possess excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
