Role Responsibilities

As a B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting aircraft maintenance tasks in compliance with regulatory airworthiness standards and company policies.
  • Ensuring that aircraft are serviceable and ready for operation.
  • Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including daily and weekly inspections.
  • Managing rectification and repair tasks, mandatory inspections, and certification of all maintenance activities within your approval scope.
  • Overseeing all documentation related to the aircraft under your supervision.
  • Being available at short notice for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess:

  • UK Part 66 B1 qualification with experience in commercial aircraft maintenance, preferably with current approvals for B737 and/or A320 aircraft. Other aircraft type approvals will also be considered.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
