Nursery Room Leader (Baby Room) - London

Additional Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Baby Room, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Baby Room, maintaining a high standard of care and development for babies.
  2. Foster strong partnerships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  3. Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with early years guidance, promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  4. At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery, with a minimum Level 3 qualification in early years or equivalent.
  5. Background working with babies under 2 years, with comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted framework.
