Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Production Team Lead to join our team in Warrington. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders 'On Time In Full'.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with and communicate shift targets to ensure efficient production processes
  • Ensure health and safety is given high priority and is considered in plans, actions, and activities
  • Help build, train, and develop high-performing teams and define clear career progression opportunities
  • Conduct safety checks on all equipment operated throughout the production process and monitor activities of workers during production
  • Responsible for meeting quality assurance standards
  • Maintain regular communication with interrelated departments, such as technical and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently
  • Ensure worker scheduling and attendance records are up to date

Requirements

  • Experience leading and motivating in a fast-paced FMCG environment
  • Good understanding of HR policies that support behavioural and performance management of your team
  • Ability to drive Gousto culture, team engagement, and provide a sense of purpose to your team
  • Computer literate - Google Sheets, MS Word
  • Basic problem-solving ability (RCA, 5Why's)
