Freelance Phlebotomist

Ally Health is seeking a dedicated Freelance Phlebotomist to join our growing team in Carlisle, Cumbria.

As a freelance phlebotomist, you will provide high-quality care to our clients within their homes, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience. You'll collaborate closely with our Clinical Operations Team to report on activities and maintain seamless communication.

This role is ideal for an experienced Phlebotomist (at least six months full-time) who values flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct blood tests as requested during domiciliary visits, utilizing our mobile app for seamless communication and task management.
• Seek guidance from senior colleagues or the Ally Health Clinical team for any matters outside your scope of expertise.
• Ensure timely delivery of collected blood samples to designated hubs or courier services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all blood tests performed within patient medical records.
• Report any identified risks or concerns to the Ally Health Clinical Operations Manager, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
