About the Role
Lorien is seeking a talented Data Engineer/MLOPS to join their growing data practice, who will be responsible for supporting the overall Data Engineering Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously improve data engineering tools, workflows, and processes.
- Communicate with the Software and Data Science teams to integrate new data management technologies.
- Develop tooling and improve back testing frameworks.
- Orchestrate machine learning workflows, MLOps.
- Centralise diverse datasets for analytics, visualisation, and machine learning.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Data Engineer.
- Extensive Python experience.
- Excellent data pipelining building experience.
- Familiarity with time-series forecasting and/or optimisation.
- Proficiency with Orchestration and IaC in AWS (e.g. Terraform, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Airflow), Git, containerisation (Docker), database management (e.g. Postgres, Alembic).
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum and a hybrid working pattern with 1-2 days per week in the Oxford office.
