About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Musculoskeletal Outpatients Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Contribute to the development of our service, including service improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.
  • Participate in education and training activities, including supervising and mentoring junior staff.
  • Engage in research and evidence-based practice, to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Significant post-registration experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and participate in team working and training.
  • Proven organisational skills, including prioritisation and delegation.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Membership of appropriate professional post-graduate training body.
  • Relevant special/clinical interest group membership.
  • Clinical educators course.
  • Experience of contribution to CNG or working parties.
  • Experience in the relevant speciality.
