About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Lecturer to join our thriving Technology team. You will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective training programs for both Level 2 and Level 3 electrical courses, catering to a diverse student population of 16-19 year olds and adults.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction across our full-time courses and apprenticeship programs in electrical engineering.
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with industry standards and curriculum requirements.
• Assess student progress through a variety of methods, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain innovative training materials and resources.
