We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a special education needs school in the Milton Keynes region. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist students with academic tasks, such as reading, writing, and math, and encourage independence in their learning.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with challenging behaviors, and work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.
