About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of People to join our team at Soul Foods Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for devising, implementing, and managing professional and robust HR practices and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Provide advice to managers on performance management and employment law
  • Design and implement organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes
  • Lead on all employee relations matters, ensuring they are handled fairly and consistently
  • Manage the people planning process for all brands, ensuring the right resources are in place at the right time
  • Implement reward and recognition programs and leadership development initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum CIPD level 5 or BA Hons degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in employee relations, including advising on disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present and influence at all levels, including board
  • Commercial acumen and ability to partner with the business to deliver commercially focused people strategies
