Alternate weekends with a day off in the week

Working hours/days:

Mon-Fri: 10am - 7pm

Saturdays: 10am - 6pm

Sunday: 10am - 4pm

Weekend Rota: 1 in 1 off

Job Overview

The Solution Automotive is seeking a highly experienced Sales Controller to join their busy team. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and growth

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Controller with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
