Simon Acres Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join their team in South West London.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to GBP35,000 + uncapped commission (GBP65,000/GBP70,000 OTE).

The Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients in the showroom and providing personalized design solutions.
  • Utilize AutoCAD software to design and create bespoke luxury kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Present design concepts to clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of customer requirements, budgets, and preferences to offer tailored solutions from a wide range of high-end products.
  • Manage all aspects of the design and planning process, including on-site surveys and site visits.
  • Represent the company as the face of the showroom and brand, maintaining a professional image at all times.
  • Work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with the option to work alternative Saturdays and Sundays, depending on business needs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in designing and selling kitchens, with a proven track record of success.
  • Portfolio of design work and sales figures exceeding GBP750,000 per annum.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and ability to work with various design tools.
  • Driven, motivated, and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and exceptional sales acumen.
  • Full UK driving license.
