Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician seeking to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment? Ritz Recruitment is currently in search of a reliable temporary Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance and repair tasks at a student housing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing reactive maintenance tasks to uphold high quality standards, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and joinery.
- Executing painting and decorating duties as required.
- Assisting with the relocation of furniture and heavy items throughout the premises.
- Maintaining lighting systems and conducting statutory testing.
- Managing and updating the electronic maintenance reporting system as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in repairs and maintenance within a residential setting or as a general builder, with expertise in trades such as plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry.
