Job Title: Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at Terry Parris Associates. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing electro-mechanical industrial equipment on printing presses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of electro-mechanical industrial equipment on printing presses
  • Commissioning and testing of equipment to ensure it meets customer requirements
  • Providing operator training and customer support
  • Service and repair of existing systems
  • Traveling to customer premises and working independently
Requirements:
  • Electrical Engineering City & Guilds level 1, 2, and 3 or HNC/HND and/or 17th/18th edition, or electrical degree
  • Extensive recent experience of 3-phase industrial environments
  • Recent experience working in a field service role
  • Previous experience traveling for work
  • Computer literacy and fluency in English
  • Manual full driving license with no more than 3 points
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of PCBs and PLCs
  • European language ability
