About the Role
Dovetail and Slate Ltd is seeking a skilled Caretaker - Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our estates team, you will be responsible for the outdoor maintenance of our site, typical caretaking duties, and general upkeep and maintenance jobs.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the site is well-maintained and secure.
- Conduct health and safety checks and report any issues to the Head of Estates.
- Assist in the preparation of maintenance, development, and project plans.
- Handle goods in and portering tasks, including receiving, delivering, and maintaining records of equipment and parcels.
- Support the Head of Estates in the daily operation and availability of all sites.
Requirements
- Experience in estates, caretaking, or a related field.
- Knowledge of DIY and trade experience is desirable.
- Able to pass a DBS check and have no previous convictions.
