Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As the Administrative Operations Manager, you will:
  • Oversee the administrative functions within the institution.
  • Support the Headteacher in various operational tasks.
  • Uphold and promote the school's ethos and values.
  • Maintain a positive representation of the school within the community.
  • Ensure efficient administrative processes are in place.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting, preferably within an educational environment.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience, ideally in a school context.
  • GCSE qualifications in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both adults and children.
