Compensation:
£11.75 per hour


Our client, a family-owned enterprise in Kettering, is seeking a dedicated Forklift and Robotic Machine Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:


  • Loading and unloading of materials
  • Transporting palletized goods throughout the facility
  • Ensuring loads are secured properly
  • Collaborating with the production team to operate the robotic bagging equipment
  • Conducting equipment inspections and maintenance
  • Adhering to written guidelines and maintaining accurate records

The ideal candidate will possess a Counterbalance license and demonstrate the following qualifications:


  • An industry-recognized Forklift license
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to lift weights up to 25kg without assistance
  • Willingness to operate robotic bagging machinery
  • Capability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently

The working hours for this role will fluctuate seasonally, as detailed below:


Seasonal Schedule:

March to October

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

November to February

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Additional hours may be required based on client needs.

This organization offers 24 days of annual leave along with 8 statutory bank holidays.
