Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business growth and objectives
    • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders

    • Oversee the preparation and review of management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and permanent supervision controls

Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Qualified Chartered or Certified Accountant (ICAEW, ICAS, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in management accounting and financial planning, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial results
    • Previous experience in people management and leadership, with a focus on developing and motivating teams
  • Skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
