About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at PSN T/A Cosmopolitan Recruitment. As a leading sub-contractor client, we are looking for a professional with a strong background in specialist roofing services to work on various projects across Essex and the south east.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Assist in contract administration and dispute resolution
  • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Prepare and negotiate final accounts
Requirements
  • Industrial or roofing experience, preferably with a sub-contractor or similar-sized organization
  • Knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contracts
  • Excellent IT skills across Microsoft suites
