Exciting Opportunity for Cover Supervisor in Ipswich
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team in Ipswich. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that students continue to learn and progress in the absence of their regular teachers.

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes and ensuring that students remain on task with the work set by the regular teacher.
- Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
- Providing support and assistance to students as needed.
- Liaising with teaching staff and school management to ensure effective cover arrangements.
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor who has:
- Experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a Cover Supervisor.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive daily rate of £70 - £100 per day, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of educational settings and access to professional development opportunities and training.
