About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development, working closely with teachers to deliver lessons and create a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering lessons across a range of subjects, including core subjects and electives
  • Working closely with individual students or small groups, ensuring they receive tailored support and guidance
  • Assisting with lesson planning, classroom management, and marking to ensure students meet their full potential
  • Providing additional help to students with special educational needs (SEN), adapting teaching methods to meet their unique requirements
  • Offering feedback to teachers on student progress and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of effective teaching strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • A passionate and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant with a strong commitment to education and student success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
  • No prior experience is necessary, but a keen interest in education and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to students
