About the Role

NRG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Consultant to join their Private Client team in Newcastle. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare personal tax returns, partnership tax returns, P11D's and PSA's for a variety of managers.
  • Mentor, coach, and train junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and on-the-job training to support their professional development and enhance their technical skills.
  • Continuously enhance your technical knowledge, skills, and industry expertise through self-study, firm-provided training, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, and quality control processes within the Tax department.
Requirements
  • 5 years relevant UK work experience.
  • Experience in preparing personal tax returns.
  • Ability to provide guidance/training to junior staff members.
