About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Janus Henderson U.S. as an Investment Reporting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and compiling investment reporting packages from multiple financial data systems, validating and formatting reports to ensure accuracy and completeness, and working closely with IT to produce, improve, and automate the reporting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and compile investment reporting packages from multiple financial data systems.
  • Validate and format reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and a professional aesthetic.
  • Work closely with IT to produce, improve, and automate the reporting process.
  • Perform vendor-related activities as it relates to quality control, issue resolution, and enhancements.
  • Distribute regulatory reporting documents (audited financial statements, K-1, ADV, etc.).
  • Collaborate with US team members to notify Subadvised Clients of trade errors (risk events), SEC audits, material changes to Code of Ethics, Form ADV updates, annual compliance program, and 38a-1 Reports, proxy voting procedures, and exception votes.
  • Assist with departmental projects, system implementation, and enhancements.
  • May be required on short notice to work outside of regular business hours, which may include evening/weekends.

Requirements
