About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the OCS Group as a Mobile Security Officer, working within the His Majesty's Court & Tribunal Service buildings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for court users, providing a first-class customer experience, and patrolling and securing the impressive building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to court users
  • Patrol and secure the building, ensuring a safe environment for all
  • Meet and greet court users, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals
What We Offer
  • A competitive rate of pay, increasing to £12.17 per hour in April 2024
  • A guaranteed 40-hour week, with flexible and part-time hours available
  • £1 per hour attendance allowance
  • Help towards fuel expenses

Requirements
  • Strong people and customer service skills
