Year 3 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our team at an Outstanding primary school in Reading. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging and creative curriculum to our students, fostering a love of learning and promoting academic excellence.

About the Role:

  • Teach a mixed-ability Year 3 class, planning and delivering lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Develop and implement topic-based curriculum, incorporating a range of subjects and activities to promote student engagement and understanding.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess and track student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures, ensuring they align with our values and vision.
