About the Role

We're looking for individuals with a wealth of life experience who can navigate challenging situations and build strong relationships with our customers. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll work with our customers to resolve account issues and find the best possible outcome.

What You'll Do
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and resolve account issues
  • Listen actively and respond empathetically to customer concerns
  • Collaborate with colleagues to find solutions and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
