About the Role
As a Store Manager at Superdry, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fashion-forward brand that values innovation, creativity, and teamwork.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
  4. Collaborate with the store team to create a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the Superdry brand values
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth
  6. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  7. Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  8. Contribute to the development of the store's visual merchandising and display standards
  9. Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness
