Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively ensure the store operates efficiently, leaving every customer satisfied with their experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate tasks within the team.
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and enhance profitability.
  • Assist in training new team members, welcoming them into our vibrant team culture.
