The Assistant Principal will work closely with other leaders and teachers to ensure the quality of education and therapy is consistently outstanding. This involves supporting the efficient organization, timetabling, management, and supervision of the school and staff team.

• Be a first point of senior contact for parents, visitors, staff, and pupils.

• Contribute to weekly health and safety reviews and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
• Role-model the outstanding professionalism and values of the organization.

• Qualified teacher status or relevant degree-level qualification.
• Successful teaching experience within a Prep or Primary setting with SEMH/SEN pupils.
• In-depth grasp of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Previous leadership experience within a challenging context.
• Recent CP and Safer Recruitment training.
• Experience of school development and improvement strategies.
• Evidence of involvement in CPD activities related to SEMH/SEN.
