We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team at People Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring accurate data, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory data related to products and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with the Range Management team to ensure smooth transitions of contracts.
- Achieve stock levels set out in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage out-of-date or de-listed lines to minimize stock value write-offs.
- Liaise with stakeholders as required, building strong relationships with suppliers.
- Utilize the Supplier Relationship Management program to optimize supplier interactions.
- Contribute to internal Inbound Logistics to ensure effective deliveries from suppliers.
- Manage issues with suppliers through stakeholders to resolution.
- Arrange and coordinate emergency deliveries to customers as needed.
- Review reports and update data as necessary on behalf of the team and managers.
- Admin skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
- IT skills, including proficiency in key tools and software.
- Ability to work in a confidential environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
