We are seeking a skilled 12t driver to join our team at DX Freight. As a multi-drop delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering customers' products to their required premises, ensuring exceptional customer service and treating freight as if it were your own.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DX Freight in a professional manner at all times
  • Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements
  • Undertake daily checks, reporting defects and completing correct paperwork
  • Scan products using DX scanning equipment
  • Load deliveries safely prior to leaving the depot
  • Observe DX procedures and policies at all times
  • Manage routing to achieve premium and timed deliveries
  • Ensure correct equipment and PPE are in good order and used at all times
  • Report delivery and on-road issues to the traffic office immediately
  • Ensure customers receive deliveries in excellent condition every time
  • Deal with customer issues in a polite and effective manner
  • Collect products in line with given instructions and times
Essential Criteria
  • Hold a valid C1 or above license with DQC and Tacho card
  • Maximum of 6 points on license and no bans
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Build rapport with customers
