We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at ITSS Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets, utilizing our current accounting software, Kashflow.
- Invoice Processing: Process all invoices into the purchase ledger and ensure proper authorization.
- Payment Management: Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, reconcile all company bank accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Vendor Management: Manage external vendor interactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Financial Transactions: Reconcile financial differences, set up bank payments, and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
- Reporting and Compliance: Support the preparation of annual accounts, assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review, and ensure adherence to financial policies and legal regulations.
- Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar financial role.
- Education: This role would be ideal for someone who is currently studying AAT (Association of Account Technicians) or has a similar accounting qualification.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, familiarity with financial regulations and standards, understanding of company accountancy practices, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software, analytical skills, numerical competency, adaptability, and personable.
