We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Kream Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in driving sales success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with the sales team to identify business opportunities, training needs, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to ensure volume and margin objectives are consistently met.
- Maximize profitability through effective use of sales tools and adherence to company parameters and legislation.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to drive retention and loyalty.
- Monitor and control lead management, ensuring accurate recording and diary management.
- Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products, ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines.
- Provide guidance and advice on the sales process to Sales Specialists.
- Assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
- Track and report on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Ensure all transactions are paid in full and finance activated with correct documentation.
- Upskill the sales team through training in finance and insurance.
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in the motor industry, with experience in a Senior Sales Executive, Business, or Sales Manager role. You must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of motor industry legislation and the sales process with a franchise main dealer.
