Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Apprenticeships Standards Manager at Clarus Education Ltd. As a key member of our Technical Apprenticeship School, you will be responsible for the curriculum management of Electrical/Building Services across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective curriculum management strategies to ensure the highest standard of quality assurance in Electrical/Building Services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and external bodies to ensure successful apprenticeship provision and future growth.
  • Line manage a team of diverse lecturers and assessors to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver apprenticeships that meet the needs of employers and learners.
  • Lead and engage a team of people to achieve success in delivering apprenticeships.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification and a teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
  • Assessor qualifications.
  • At least 3 years experience in teaching or assessing, with experience of meeting targets and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Good understanding of Apprentice/learner pathways into Standards and of apprenticeship programmes.
  • Experience of delivering apprenticeships and leading a team to achieve success.
