About the Role

Gallagher, a leading provider of claims and risk management services, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Assistant in managing daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in managing and prioritising incoming emails, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate and assist senior executive itineraries, including events, hotels, and dinners.
  • Support the Executive Assistant on events for the executive team and company-wide.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports.
About You

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
