At ISS Facility Services UK, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Billable Works team at Weybridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the management and execution of projects, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, statutory compliance, and ISS's robust processes, policies, and procedures.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing QHSE in a project environment, with a strong understanding of RAMS. They will also have experience in team collaboration and supporting a team to deliver quality projects, as well as experience of estimating and costing and practiced in presenting high-quality tenders.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management support to the Billable Works team in the implementation and delivery of minor works projects, ensuring consistent high standards of service. You will also liaise with clients to develop project scope, planning, and change control, manage and oversee the project risk register, and manage the technical interface between Operational Technical Teams.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects and contributing to the success of our partnership with our client. If you are a skilled Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support to the Billable Works team in the implementation and delivery of minor works projects
  • Liaise with clients to develop project scope, planning, and change control
  • Manage and oversee the project risk register
  • Manage the technical interface between Operational Technical Teams
  • Manage the process of updating asset information back to the asset team

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing QHSE in a project environment
  • Experience in team collaboration and supporting a team to deliver quality projects
  • Experience of estimating and costing and practiced in presenting high-quality tenders
  • Ability to understand the key financials, labour, and material variables
