Job Title: Driver Trainer

Müller UK & Ireland is a leading dairy company with a strong commitment to safety and compliance. We are seeking a highly skilled Driver Trainer to join our team and support the development of our drivers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of drivers through training and coaching
  • Deliver driver CPC periodic training requirements
  • Support internal LGV training opportunities
  • Carry out pre-employment driver assessments
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and GDPR rules
  • Support Company SSoW processes and associated documentation
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Dairy Transport Assurance Scheme (DTAS) regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
