About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Build Recruitment. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing maintenance duties within the social housing sector and representing your employer professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own daily assigned jobs, starting from your home
  • Perform all aspects of plumbing repairs and replacements of sinks, water tanks, and bathrooms
  • Have associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating, and patch plastering repairs
  • Work effectively in a building and/or housing maintenance environment, including a knowledge of a varied housing stock
