Role Overview:

Prestige Recruitment Specialists deliver tailored services directly to clients by operating through an on-site facility to fulfill their temporary staffing needs. This position requires close collaboration with client personnel to manage daily workforce requirements. Responsibilities include communicating with temporary staff regarding weekly shift confirmations, wage payments, holiday requests, and managing attendance while adhering to relevant regulations. You will compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports while consistently meeting established performance indicators. Building strong relationships with both clients and temporary staff is essential, and attendance at meetings with production, planning, and HR may be required to discuss forecasts. Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills are vital for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and sustain labor pools to ensure complete fulfillment of client staffing needs;
  • Take full responsibility for the selection of provided labor;
  • Plan and schedule daily operations, organize shift rosters, and coordinate worker bookings;
  • Engage daily with client Managers and Supervisors to ensure all staffing requirements are met and that all workers report for their shifts;
  • Arrange for replacement labor to arrive promptly in response to reported absences, shortages, or increased demands;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UK legislation (e.g., Right to Work, Health & Safety, Agency Workers Regulations, Working Time Directive, GDPR, etc.);
  • Maximize opportunities across all site departments;
  • Foster long-term relationships with all personnel on the client’s site;
  • Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators by set deadlines;
  • Process weekly payroll through the collection of timesheets and relevant reports;
  • Maintain and update the internal recruitment system;
  • Be available for out-of-hours/on-call duties as necessary;
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have prior experience in recruitment (preferred), although comprehensive training will be provided;
  • Be available to work on-site from Monday to Friday;
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Possess the ability to communicate in Romanian or Polish, which is advantageous but not essential;
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels;
  • Maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Be proficient in IT, particularly with Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently;
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines;
  • Hold a full driving license and have access to personal transport;
  • Exhibit ambition, drive, and commitment to achieving success.
