Senior Agronomist - Commercial Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agronomist to lead our commercial operations and management of the agronomy team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and manage the agronomy team to achieve commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in agronomy and commercial management
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
