Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Project Analyst to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our Project Data Analytics team, you will play a critical role in helping us turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Integration: Collect, integrate, and consolidate data from multiple sources to uncover business insights and inform project delivery.
  • Business Intelligence Architecture: Develop, test, and maintain business intelligence architectures, including data models, reports, and dashboards, to support project management, project controls, and engineering teams.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze and interpret data using business intelligence tools to identify areas requiring additional investigation and generate project-specific data summaries, reports, and dashboards.
  • Technical Point of Contact: Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external clients, delivering integrated data analysis and reporting against varying requirements and scopes.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a data-oriented field, such as software engineering, statistics, or computer science.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization, with a strong understanding of data modeling best practices and software development methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power BI Dataflows, and experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
